Users and access

Users appears in the sidebar footer for organisation admins and super admins. It controls who may access the active Xero tenant inside Prepaidly, not who can log into Xero itself.

Directory and sorting

The table lists everyone invited or active for the tenant. Sort by name, email, role, created date, or invitation status to review access quickly.

Roles

• Super Admin: highest privilege (platform-style controls where enabled).
• Admin: manage invites and user lifecycle for the tenant.
• General User: day-to-day schedule work without admin-only screens.

Invite and lifecycle

• Admins can invite teammates by email, optional display name, and role (Admin or General User).
• Invitations show as Pending until accepted; resend email if the message expired.
• Promote or demote roles where permitted, or remove a user who should no longer access the tenant.

Monthly posting notification

Select a user in the drawer and toggle Monthly Posting Notification so they receive email when the hosted monthly auto-post job finishes for tenants where notifications are configured (pairs with automatic posting).
